Jacques Lapierre is president of BlueStar Canada, a distributer specialized in Point-of-Sale and barcode products. He has worked in the distribution of digital solutions for over 30 years.

Stephane has been working in the franchise milieu for more than 25 years, and was at the helm of several national franchises. In 2008, he founded his consulting firm, Imagine Franchise Consultant. Stephane is also a speaker-trainer on various topics related to franchises, leadership and business issues.

Technical Advisor at the Chocolate Academy ™ Training Centre in Montreal. In 2000, he earned the title of Pastry Fellow and went on to work as assistant to Christophe Michalak at the Hôtel Plaza Athénée before coming to Canada, where he continues to treat us with his deliciously trendy pastries.

Master Chocolatier, Technical Director at the Chocolate Academy ™ Training Centre in Montreal. Philippe was trained as a "pâtissier-chocolatier" and was Technical Advisor at the Belgian Chocolate Academy ™ for 18 years before coming to Canada, where he has since served us his creativity and honed vision of chocolate.
